The ZW32-12GG dual power automatic transfer device (composed of single pole high voltage vacuum circuit breaker and double isolating switch) is developed to meet the increasingly high requirements of users for power supply reliability. In many occasions, two power sources are used to ensure power supply reliability, and this product is needed to achieve safe and reliable switching between two circuit power sources.

Applied in AC 50Hz, rated voltage 12kV, rated current up to 1250A dual power supply system, when one power source fails or loses voltage, it can automatically switch to the other normal power source to ensure the continuity of power supply. It has overcurrent and overloading protection functions to avoid secondary impulse voltage when the load fails. When the normal power source is restored, the electric switching device can automatically switch back to the normal power source to ensure reliability and safety. It can also perform forced switching between two power sources according to requirements, especially suitable for important occasions that do not allow power interruption, serving as an electrical control device to ensure continuous power supply, and is a motor-driven dual power automatic transfer device matched with high voltage vacuum circuit breakers.

1. Product Brief Introduction

The ZW32-12GG dual power automatic transfer device (composed of single pole high voltage vacuum circuit breaker and double isolating switch) is developed to meet the increasingly high requirements of users for power supply reliability. 2. Normal Operating Environment

  • Ambient air temperature: upper limit not exceeding +40℃, lower limit not lower than -25℃; the average temperature in 24 hours shall not exceed +35℃;
  • Altitude of the installation site: not exceeding 2000m;
  • Relative humidity of air: not more than 50% at a temperature of +40℃; higher humidity is allowed at lower temperatures; the monthly average minimum temperature is -25℃, and the monthly average maximum relative humidity is 90%, considering the condensation on the product surface caused by temperature changes;
  • Pollution grade: Grade III;
  • No strong vibration and impact at the operation site, no harmful gases that corrode metals and destroy insulation, no serious dust, no conductive particles and explosive substances.
