1. Product Brief Introduction (Application)
The GKG mine-used general high-voltage switchgear is suitable for the central control room, yard, main air passage, main ventilation road, power distribution air passage, power distribution chamber of coal mines without coal dust and gas explosion hazards, as well as power supply systems on the ground of mines, ports, metallurgy, chemical industry, high-rise building basements, large warehouses, oil fields and coal mines in other industrial production, and is used as switchgear for receiving and distributing electricity in three-phase AC high-voltage power supply systems with rated voltage of 6(10)kV and rated frequency of 50Hz, and for starting, controlling and protecting motors and other electrical equipment.
2. Model Meaning & Explanation
The coding of the product model contains the core structural characteristics and parameter information of the switchgear. The specific meaning of each part of the model is as follows:

3. Main Characteristics
- Aiming at the characteristics of mine use, our company's technical personnel have further improved the structure of the switchgear in terms of dustproof and waterproof through on-site research, adding a waterproof top cover. The door and side plates are sealed and blocked, which effectively prevents the interference of water seepage and dust, and protects the normal operation of power distribution equipment.
- The protection grade of the outer shell of this switchgear is IP54.
- This switchgear can be equipped with overcurrent, undervoltage, zero sequence, monitoring, overvoltage and undervoltage protection according to different uses. The protection components can select traditional electromagnetic relays or microcomputer comprehensive protection devices, and can also select automatic protection devices with remote control and remote measurement functions.
4. Operating Environmental Conditions
- Altitude shall not exceed 1000m;
- Ambient temperature: not higher than +40℃, not lower than -51℃;
- Relative humidity: not more than 95%+3%, monthly average relative humidity ≤90%;
- No conductive dust, no corrosive metal and insulating material enough to corrode;
- Places without explosion hazard, violent vibration and impact and installation inclination not exceeding 5°; places with vertical dripping water;
- Earthquake intensity shall not exceed 8°.
5. Structure Brief Introduction
The switchgear is designed according to the enclosed metal-clad switchgear in GB3906-91 (GB12173-9). The whole body is composed of two parts: the cabinet body and the withdrawable part (handcart) of the middle type. The cabinet body is divided into four separate chambers, the protection grade of the outer shell is IP53, and the protection grade when the small chamber and circuit breaker room doors are open is IP2X. It has functional modules such as overhead incoming and outgoing lines, cable incoming and outgoing lines, which are arranged independently and in a row, and combined to form a power distribution device of various schemes. This switchgear can be installed, debugged and maintained from the front, so it can be safely arranged in double rows and installed against the wall, which improves the safety and flexibility of the switchgear and reduces the floor area.
