iPanel-M Medium Voltage Switchgear Complete Product Introduction
1. Product Brief Introduction
The iPanel-M is an intelligent medium voltage switchgear independently developed by our company, featuring high performance, high reliability and intelligent characteristics. Its technical parameters, structure and user configuration can fully meet the power distribution requirements from 3.6kV to 12kV. iPanel-M is suitable for indoor withdrawable AC metal-enclosed switchgear for accepting and distributing electric energy in three-phase AC 50Hz, rated voltage 3.6-12kV, busbar and feeder current 630-4000A, short-time withstand current 25-50kA single busbar and single busbar sectionalized system.

2. Operating Conditions
- Maximum ambient temperature: 40℃;
- Minimum ambient temperature: -15℃;
- Maximum daily average relative humidity: 95%;
- Maximum monthly average relative humidity: 90%;

- Maximum seismic intensity: 9 degrees;
- The switchgear shall be installed in places without fire, explosion hazard, no serious pollution, no chemical corrosive gas and severe vibration.
3. Special Operating Conditions
- When the switchgear is used in plateau areas with altitude higher than 1000m, plateau type products must be adopted;
- When the ambient temperature exceeds 40℃, the rated short-time withstand capacity of the switchgear will be reduced by a certain coefficient. For heat dissipation, auxiliary cooling equipment needs to be added, which shall be communicated with the manufacturer when placing an order;
- When operating in a climate environment with high temperature, fast temperature change speed and large temperature difference, there may be a risk of condensation. Confirm with the manufacturer when placing an order, install anti-condensation device, deliver as early as possible, and ensure all-weather power input.
4. Protection Grade & Door Panel Color
- Shell protection grade: IP4X;
- Protection grade inside the open door: IP2X;
- If there are special requirements, it shall be confirmed with the manufacturer when placing an order;
- Standard color of switchgear door panel: RAL9016;
- If there are special requirements for the door panel, it shall be confirmed with the manufacturer when placing an order.

7. Installation Dimensions
7.1 On-site Preparation
- The iPanel-M installation site shall be tidy, the ground must be flat and the horizontal deviation shall not exceed 2mm/m (see cable channel drawing);
- Reserve at least 1500mm in front of the iPanel-M (reserve 2500mm of available space for double-row cabinet face-to-face installation, see iPanel-M installation dimension drawing) to fully open the door, facilitate operator's maintenance and repair or use lifting equipment (when applicable);
- Reserve at least 800mm of available space from the top of the iPanel-M for top connection;
- The depth of the groove for cables passing through the bottom of the equipment must be at least 800mm to ensure the minimum bending radius of the cables.
7.2 Minimum Reserved Distance
The reserved space distance around the switchgear is shown in the following figure (notes):
① The cabinet depth is 1450mm for underground incoming line, 1610mm for overhead incoming line, and the actual dimensions are subject to the order requirements;
② If the switchgear is arranged in double rows face to face, only 2500mm is reserved for this dimension;
③ If the switchgear is arranged in double rows face to face and the phase crossing bridge is used for each phase, the dimension needs to be reserved more than 100mm.
