1. Product Brief Introduction
The HKGN□-12 air-insulated compact switchgear is a switchgear developed by our company based on the technical interpretation of power users' requirements for the reliability, safety and compactness of electrical equipment. It features air insulation, compact structure, independent intellectual property rights and complete type test verification. It is suitable for 10kV/7.2kV power distribution systems in public buildings, high-end residential buildings, industrial and mining manufacturing industries, etc., and also applicable to the supporting of high-voltage electric drive complete sets of mechanical equipment with high requirements for compactness.
2. Product Characteristics
- Compact & Flexible: Air insulation method meets the electrical clearance and creepage distance standards specified in the power industry technical specifications. Compact supporting cabinet dimensions (480*1800*1800mm (depth × width × height)) make the distribution system extremely compact, saving valuable urban construction land space. Flexible busbar connection and expansion methods facilitate splicing with other cabinet types.
- Integrated & Maintenance-friendly: Integrated circuit design of circuit breaker combination, integrating load break switch, circuit breaker, earthing switch and live sensor into one body with modular design, reliable interlocking and convenient maintenance.
- Visual & High-efficiency: Visual isolating switch opening and closing design enables rapid delivery; integral modular design makes the assembly of electrical complete sets of equipment in the factory convenient and fast. The integrated structure integrates all requirements into a single cabinet, reducing the risk of loss caused by process problems in the electrical complete sets factory.
- Stable & Durable: Spring/mechanical mechanism is optional with long service life; enclosed vacuum interrupter chamber is dust-proof and has high insulation performance.

- Altitude shall not exceed 2000m;
- Ambient temperature: -40℃ ~ +40℃;
- Average daily relative humidity shall not exceed 95%, and average monthly relative humidity shall not exceed 95%;
- Ambient air shall be free from obvious pollution by corrosive or flammable gases, water vapor, etc.;
- No frequent violent vibration;
- If the operating conditions are different or there are other requirements, negotiate with the manufacturer.
