1. Product Brief Introduction

The S20-M-30-2500/10-NX1 transformer is an oil-immersed transformer that complies with the first-level energy efficiency standard. As an independently developed product by our company in accordance with energy efficiency standards, it is a high-efficiency and energy-saving transformer prioritized for procurement by the State Grid Corporation of China, and has advantages in R&D and design, production and manufacturing, operation and maintenance, etc.

The coding of the product model contains the core structural characteristics and parameter information of the transformer. The specific meaning of each part of the model is as follows:

3. Operating Environmental Conditions

  • Installation altitude shall not exceed 1000m (normal time), special environment shall be specified separately;
  • Ambient temperature shall not be higher than 40℃;
  • Outdoor minimum temperature is -25℃.
  • Transformers operating under special conditions can be provided according to user requirements.

4. Product Characteristics

  • The new standard was officially implemented on June 1, 2021. Newly increased transformers must meet the new energy efficiency standard requirements, with the minimum requirement meeting the new third-level energy efficiency grade (S13 oil-immersed transformer). The S22 transformer has excellent oil insulation performance and thermal conductivity, and at the same time, the transformer has a high cost performance ratio.
  • It can solve the problems of large-capacity heat dissipation and high-voltage electrical breakdown of transformers.
  • The S22 oil-immersed transformer is fully sealed, which effectively prevents insulation aging and does not age.
  • The core of the S22 transformer adopts higher-quality silicon steel sheets, with increased core cross-sectional area, which is energy-saving type with higher energy efficiency. The S22-630kVA saves more than 10,000 kWh of electricity per year compared with S13-630kVA.
