JLSZK12-F Prepaid High-Voltage Combined Transformer Product Introduction
1. Product Brief Introduction
The JLSZK12-F prepaid high-voltage combined transformer is composed of ZW8-12 outdoor AC high-voltage vacuum circuit breaker, built-in voltage transformer and current transformer, equipped with prepaid metering box.
The JLSZK12-F prepaid high-voltage combined transformer is suitable for 50Hz rated frequency, 6-10kV rated voltage power system branch and special transformer for prepaid metering and measuring of total closing current, overload current and short-circuit current. Due to the characteristics of vacuum circuit breaker, it is especially suitable for places with frequent operation and no oil leakage.
This type and model of prepaid combined transformer is integrated with vacuum circuit breaker of spring mechanism and voltage/current transformer cast by epoxy resin, and is equipped with outdoor isolating switch, which makes the circuit have obvious breaking point in power-off state. This kind of circuit breaker has electric and manual opening/closing functions, so that the circuit can be closed and opened in power-off condition.

5. Structural Characteristics of Main Components
- 1. The circuit breaker consists of operating mechanism, conductive loop, insulation system, seals and parts (isolating switch is installed by users). The overall structure is three-phase common box type. The conductive loop is composed of incoming and outgoing conductive rods, conductive brackets, vacuum interrupter chamber, etc. The external insulation is realized through composite silicone rubber, which has good anti-pollution flashover performance. The internal insulation is composed of air and solid insulation composite insulation, no transformer oil, no fluorinated gas. Working principle: The circuit breaker is driven by the same spring mechanism to drive the three-phase main shaft of the opening/closing electromagnet circuit breaker, and pull the insulation operating rod and crank arm at the same time to make the moving and static contacts of the vacuum interrupter chamber open or close, thus putting the circuit breaker in the opening or closing state.

- 2.1 The outer shell is made of stainless steel or color steel plate sprayed with anti-ultraviolet outdoor paint, and the product has excellent corrosion resistance.
- 2.2 It can be equipped with protective current transformer, and the circuit breaker will trip automatically when overcurrent fault occurs on the line.
- 2.3 The circuit breaker can be equipped with manual operating mechanism or electric operating mechanism. The manual mechanism only has manual opening/closing and overcurrent protection operation, and the electric mechanism needs independent power supply for electricity, with electric opening/closing and overcurrent protection, and also has manual function, manual opening/closing function.
- 2.4 An isolating switch can be installed on the side of the circuit breaker to form an outdoor high-voltage vacuum circuit breaker isolating switch combined cabinet, which increases the visible isolating break and has reliable anti-misoperation mechanical interlocking function. The isolating switch adopts manual operation mode with the following anti-misoperation functions: (1) When the circuit breaker is in the closing position, the isolating switch cannot be closed; (2) When the circuit breaker is in the opening position, the isolating switch can be closed and opened.
- 2.5 It can be equipped with a integrated controller with anti-drift function. When drift occurs on the line, it will delay for a period of time to avoid drift and prevent the circuit breaker from malfunctioning. When a fault occurs on the line, the circuit breaker can trip.

Voltage and current transformers are cast as a whole with epoxy resin vacuum, suitable for outdoor AC power system with rated frequency 50Hz, rated voltage 6kV and 10kV, and assembled with vacuum circuit breaker to realize prepaid function.
