1. Product Brief Introduction
The ZN85 series indoor high-voltage vacuum circuit breaker (hereinafter referred to as the circuit breaker) is suitable for three-phase AC 50Hz, rated voltage 40.5kV power systems, and can be used in industrial and mining enterprises, power plants and substations as a device for switching on and off load current, overload current and fault current. The circuit breaker and the operating mechanism adopt an upper and lower layout, which effectively reduces the depth of the circuit breaker.
The three-phase vacuum interrupters and phase-connected live parts are isolated by three independent annular epoxy resin insulators to form a composite insulation structure. The circuit breaker meets the air distance and creepage distance under normal operating conditions and effectively reduces the size of the circuit breaker. The main circuit vacuum interrupters and moving and static conductive electrodes are installed in the insulator with a phase-to-phase distance of only 300mm. The main circuit electrical connections all adopt fixed installation, which has high reliability. The insulator is installed above the circuit breaker frame.
The special spring operating mechanism specially designed for this new type of circuit breaker is installed inside the circuit breaker frame. Its structural characteristics are more suitable for the upper and lower layout of the circuit breaker and become an inseparable part of the overall structure of the circuit breaker. The mechanism has simple design, excellent output characteristics and its performance can meet the requirements and points of 40.5kV vacuum circuit breakers.

- Ambient air temperature: not exceeding 40℃; average daily temperature not exceeding 35℃; minimum ambient air temperature is -15℃;
- Relative air humidity: average daily value not more than 95%; average monthly value not more than 90%; average daily value of air pressure not more than 2.2kPa; average monthly value not more than 1.8kPa;
- Altitude: not exceeding 1000m;
- There is no obvious pollution from dust, smoke, corrosive and/or flammable gases, steam or salt mist around;
- The vibration caused by the operation of the switchgear and controlgear outside is negligible;
- The value of induced voltage in the secondary circuit does not exceed 1.18kV;
- If the special use conditions are that the installation location is at an altitude exceeding 1000m, or the ambient air temperature exceeds the limit specified in the normal use conditions, or condensation is generated due to high temperature and humidity, please negotiate and determine with us.
