1. Product Brief Introduction
The industrial substation is a complete set of power distribution equipment designed for industrial production scenarios, integrating transformers, high and low voltage switchgear, protection and monitoring devices, reactive power compensation components, etc. It realizes voltage reduction, distribution, protection and energy-saving control of electric energy, and has the characteristics of compactness, intelligence and high reliability. 3. Model Definition (Taking 10kV Prefabricated Industrial Substation as an Example, Industry Universal Compilation Rules)
The model number of industrial substation is usually compiled by prefabricated substation universal code + voltage level + transformer capacity + structure/characteristic code. The core model such as YBM-12/0.4-630, the definition of each part is as follows:
- YBM: Prefabricated substation (general code for prefabricated substation), Y - Prefabricated, B - Substation, M - Sealed type (commonly used in industry, suitable for multi-dust/humid environment); if it is outdoor explosion-proof type, it is marked as YBM-F, and indoor compact type is marked as YBM-N
- 12/0.4: Rated voltage, 12kV (10kV system universal) on high voltage side, 0.4kV on low voltage side
- 630: Main transformer rated capacity, unit kVA, which can be configured as 200/315/400/800/1000kVA according to industrial load requirements

- Ambient temperature: -25℃~+40℃ (conventional industrial type); explosion-proof/high cold type can be customized -40℃~+50℃
- Relative humidity: ≤90% (at 25℃), no condensation (anti-condensation device can be added for industrial humid environment)
- Altitude: ≤1000m; need to be customized for sea level >1000m (customized for plateau industrial scenes)
- Environmental requirements: no strong corrosive gas, no severe vibration, no large amount of dust/water mist (anti-corrosion type is required for corrosive industrial scenes such as metallurgy/chemical industry)

- Voltage fluctuation: high voltage side rated voltage ±10%, low voltage side rated voltage ±7%
