3. Model Definition (Compiled by National Standardization, Characteristics of Prefabricated Cabin Modularization)

The model number of the prefabricated cabin substation is defined by prefabricated substation code + voltage level + transformer capacity + cabin configuration + expansion characteristic code, with high identification and adaptability to national grid/southern power grid standards. For example, YZC-35/0.4-2000-GZ, the definition of each part is as follows:

  • YZC: Exclusive code for prefabricated cabin substation (Y - Prefabricated, Z - Cabin type, C - Substation), distinguished from ordinary box-type/substation box transformers
  • 35/0.4: Rated voltage, 35kV/12kV (10kV)/110kV for high-voltage side, 0.4kV for low-voltage side; multi-voltage level marked as 35/10/0.4
  • 2000: Rated capacity of main transformer, unit kVA, common specifications include 500/1000/2000/5000/10000kVA
  • Cabin configuration code: G - High-voltage cabin, B - Transformer cabin, D - Low-voltage cabin, F - Comprehensive function cabin; multi-cabin combination marked as GBD (High + Transformer + Low)

4. Working Conditions

4.1 Environmental Conditions

  • Ambient temperature: -40℃~+60℃ (wide temperature design), high cold type can be customized to -50℃, high temperature type can be customized to +70℃
  • Relative humidity: ≤95% (at 25℃), allowing temporary condensation; the cabin is equipped with an intelligent anti-condensation system to prevent condensation short circuit
  • Altitude: ≤3000m; for sea level >3000m, customized derating design is available to adapt to high-altitude power grid/new energy projects
  • Vibration and impact: Withstand highway transportation vibration (acceleration ≤3g) and outdoor slight vibration; the cabin has anti-vibration buffer structure
  • Ambient medium: Withstand outdoor dust, rain, snow, sand dust; anti-corrosion reinforcement (anti-salt spray/corrosive gas) is optional for coastal/chemical areas
  • Installation environment: Outdoor open space, semi-outdoor power distribution area, no severe vibration, no flammable and explosive medium, away from strong electromagnetic interference sources

4.2 Electrical Working Conditions

  • Power frequency: 50Hz±2Hz, withstand slight fluctuations of new energy load frequency
  • Voltage fluctuation: High-voltage side ±10%, low-voltage side ±7%, adapting to power grid voltage fluctuations and new energy output volatility
  • Load characteristics: Adapt to conventional power grid load, industrial heavy load/impact load, new energy intermittent/volatile load, supporting long-term full load operation
  • Grid connection standards: In line with GB/T 17467-2019 "Prefabricated Substations", "National Grid Prefabricated Cabin Substation Technical Specifications" and "Distributed Power Source Grid Connection Technical Requirements"
  • Installation method: Outdoor cement foundation ground installation; cabins are connected with standardized connectors, the flatness of the installation site ≤5mm/m, supporting crane rapid hoisting and installation
