1. Product Brief Introduction
The containerized substation is an integrated complete set of power distribution equipment built on the basis of standard container shells. It integrates transformers, high and low voltage switchgear, protection and monitoring, reactive power compensation, metering and communication core components into a container-type closed cabinet. It has the characteristics of standardization, modularization, mobility, and can be quickly constructed, temporarily powered, and deployed on-site. The power distribution demand for fixed and mobile prefabricated substations in the field is more adaptable. The cabinet has high protection and weather resistance characteristics, and is widely used in various temporary and fixed power distribution scenarios compared with traditional civil-built substations and prefabricated substations.

3. Model Definition (Industry Universal Compilation Rules, Taking 35kV/10kV Mainstream Specifications as Examples)
The model number of containerized substation is compiled by container characteristic code + prefabricated substation code + voltage level + transformer capacity + extended characteristic code, such as JZX-YBM-35/0.4-1600-Z, the definition of each part is as follows:
- JZX: Container substation exclusive code, J - Container type, Z - Combined type, X - Standardized, which is different from conventional prefabricated substation
- YBM: General code for prefabricated substation (Y - Prefabricated, B - Substation, M - Sealed type), adapted to container closed structure
- 35/0.4: Rated voltage, 35kV on high voltage side (mainstream medium voltage specification), 0.4kV on low voltage side; 10kV specification is marked as 12/0.4
- 1600: Rated capacity of main transformer, unit kVA, common specifications are 800/1000/1600/2000/2500/3150kVA
- Extended code: G - Outdoor type/L - Mobile type/Z - Intelligent type/F - Photovoltaic and wind power dedicated/Y - Emergency type, marking exclusive scene characteristics

- Relative Humidity: ≤95% (at 25℃), allowing temporary condensation, cabinet is equipped with dehumidification device to prevent internal condensation short circuit
- Altitude: ≤3000m, customized derating design for altitude >3000m, adapting to plateau mines and photovoltaic power stations
- Vibration Requirement: Withstanding highway/railway transportation vibration (acceleration ≤3g), mobile type is equipped with shock absorption device as standard
