1. Product Brief Introduction

The ZWJ-12 type electrical load control metering box (hereinafter referred to as the metering box) is mainly used for high-voltage energy metering of power users and power distribution stations with rated voltage of 10kV, rated frequency of 50Hz, capacity of 5000kVA and below. It can realize load control, high-voltage metering, high-voltage anti-stealing, over-load protection, anti-theft and anti-creeping functions when matched with load control terminal or other controllers.

The ZWJ-12/□-3 type electrical load (metering) control box is composed of outdoor vacuum circuit breaker, metering voltage transformer and metering current transformer. Both voltage transformer and current transformer adopt epoxy resin fully sealed casting structure, with excellent insulation performance.

3. Main Product Features

• a) This device is equipped with excellent vacuum circuit breaker, matched with CK2-200I intelligent control device and GSM communication module, which can realize overcurrent protection and the protection value can be adjusted continuously; GSM communication module can realize remote meter reading, data statistics and operation control.
• b) The vacuum circuit breaker is equipped with manual and closing functions, with simple structure, stable performance, flexible operation, reliable use and long service life. The switch adopts vacuum interrupter, which is oil-free, gas-free, safe and reliable, and convenient to maintain.
• c) Equipped with GSM-10 type remote prepaid control controller and three-phase electronic electric energy meter, it can realize prepaid electricity fee management function, remote power on/off, remote control, automatic meter reading, automatic power off when the remaining amount reaches the limit value, which completely solves the problem of electricity fee arrears and is easy to use.
• d) Equipped with FDK anti-theft electricity controller, it can prevent illegal unlocking in power-off state, and the device will alarm after power-on, and has the function of locking the opening and closing of the brake, and can only supply power after unlocking with special electronic key, which has effective anti-theft electricity function.
• e) The voltage transformer and current transformer adopt epoxy resin fully sealed casting structure, with excellent insulation performance.
• f) The vacuum circuit breaker and metering mutual inductor are installed on the special bottom plate, which is convenient for the installation and use of users.
• g) The body and the meter box are made of stainless steel shell, with beautiful appearance and excellent corrosion resistance.
